To our dear Flyffers,

As many of you may already know, a small group of unscrupulous users have been repeatedly exploiting certain game loopholes, which resulted to them gaining access to an alarming excess of Penya and items. These same users have also spread their illegally acquired wealth throughout the game by engaging in malicious transactions with mostly innocent and unsuspecting players. Needless to say, their actions have caused major shifts in the game balance, especially in some servers where the abuse was overwhelmingly flagrant.

After careful deliberation and consideration of all possible solutions, the FlyFF Team, in coordination with Aeonsoft, has decided on the following in response to the issues we are currently facing:

Inflation

Inflation is unavoidable when the market has a gross excess of currency floating around. To counter this, all user accounts with inexplicable amounts of Penya in their Character Inventory, Bank Storage and Mail will be automatically banned, unless proof that the user acquired it through legitimate means is submitted to Customer Support.

In-game events will also be held to flush out the excess currency in the game.

Bug Abusers and 3rd Party Program Users

Bug abuse and 3rd Party Program use are grave offenses that have equally severe punishments. In order to clear the game of illegal items, the FlyFF Team will be strict in investigating and penalizing offenders.

• The items in the Character Inventory, Bank Storage and Mail that are found to be acquired illegally will automatically be deleted.

• User accounts found to have engaged in malicious transactions concerning illegal items and Penya will automatically be banned. Permanently.

• User accounts will continually be investigated for possible involvement in exploiting game loopholes and other dubious transactions.

• Guilds who have registered for the Dragon Coliseum Guild War will also be investigated. If a guild is found out to have an exceedingly large and unexplainable amount of Penya and/or engaged in illegal trades, their Guild Leaders and all the guild members will be automatically banned. Permanently.

Pending Prizes and CS Restoration Requests

RESTORATION

If in case, an item acquired through legitimate means was deleted in the process, it will only be restored to its owner after he goes through the proper channels. This means he must file a ticket at http://www.levelupsupport.ph/ stating which items he lost and how he was able to acquire the item prior to its deletion.

PENDING PRIZES

The awarding of prizes, which has been on hold for several weeks now, will resume on the 2nd week of July 2007. This includes those won in the June 1, 2007 Forum Events, the Robinson’s Mall Tours (Metro East, Dasmariñas, Lipa), SM MoA event, Zamboanga EB, the Coupon Bonanaza, and the v6 and v7 Limited Edition CD freebies.

The FlyFF Team thanks you for your patience and understanding regarding this matter. Please know that we only have the best interest of everyone in the playing community in mind upon making this decision.

Let us not be discouraged by the dark pillars of clouds looming overhead. The world of FlyFF is alive and well, especially with Version 8 coming up. Watch out for in-game activities this July and new releases in the Item Shop. Also, always avoid dubious transactions and keep on reaching for the sky!
