Ragnarok Online 2 Open Beta Quick Fix

After the maintenance today of Ragnarok Online 2, most of the english client we use will encounter an error because the client has received 2 new patches. The error will display “The file was inuse”

To solve this problem, simply follow this steps:

1. Retrieve your back up copy of “Ragnarok2.exe” and “Data folder” from the “Original Folder” (back up copy) you created, copy it and paste it on Ragnarok Folder. (if you don’t have a back up copy, REINSTALL your client).
2. Run ragnarok2.exe and let it patch.
3. After the client has fully patched use the latest copy of ro2trans-LATEST.zip and extract it’s content to the Ragnarok Folder. Click overwrite.
4. Run the client again
5. Client will now be in english.
